“Before I practiced Ba Duan Jin, I never thought that ‘qi’ and ‘breathing’ could have such a big impact.

I only know that during that period, I was tired every day, couldn’t sleep, and couldn’t eat well. I felt like I was ‘stuck in my body’.

A friend recommended Ba Duan Jin to me.

I didn’t take it too seriously at first, but after only three days of practice, I could clearly feel my shoulders lighten;

On the seventh day, I slept until 5 a.m. that night;

On the tenth day, I found myself willing to open the window and breathe the morning air.

I am not a “martial arts student”, but just an ordinary person who has lived in a high-pressure city for too long.

Ba Duan Jin is the beginning of a new “dialogue” between me and my body. ”
