- Master Xing Jianxiong
16th-generation inheritor of the Wudang Sanfeng sect
Taoist name Xing Maozhishen, current chief coach of the Wudang Mountain Taoist Traditional Martial Arts Academy.
He is proficient in various traditional practices such as Taijiquan, Baguazhang, and Longhuaquan, and has long been involved in cultural dissemination both domestically and internationally.
In his teaching, he integrates the essence of Wudang practices, "guiding qi with intention and moving the body with qi," with modern teaching methods, helping students of different ages and physical conditions to more easily master the movements and truly understand the core of integrated practice and nourishment.
About Baduanjin Practice
Baduanjin, a classic wellness practice passed down through thousands of years of Taoist tradition, consists of eight progressive movements that combine internal and external elements.
